Rolex Day-Date 36mm Ref:18238 Double Quickset Box & Papers

Today we have something very special. This is a 1989 Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 18238, that comes with an awesome collectors set. Not only does it come with all of the OG box, papers, booklets, and hang tags, but it also comes with the OG purchase receipt from 1989, along with an appraisal from the time, 2 bezels (an AM diamond bezel, and the OG fluted bezel ) as well as the purchase receipt for the bezel too. It’s not often you find a watch from 1989 in this condition@but also with all of the goodies!

The watch is in overall excellent pre-owned condition - see pics for details. Clean Arabic numeral champagne dial and hands. The 36mm case remains in  good shape. Free of any major dings, dents or scratches. The bracelet is very clean. No serious scratches are dings anywhere on the watch. The coronet is thick and locks crisply. Double Quickset movement. Sapphire crystal is mint. Some stretch on the band as to be expected from the age but in very nice shape nonetheless. It comes with 5 screws on the bracelet. Fits about a 7.25” wrist.
