Here is a special Rolex GMT Master “Pepsi” from 1984. This is reference 16750, which is the transitional reference the brand did between the 1675 and the release of the 16700 in all of its aged glory. Featuring a matte dial, and beautifully faded insert, this thing is a blast from the past.

The watch is excellent shape overall for its age. The blue & red “Pepsi” bezel has taken a phenomenal color which gives this so much character. The matte dial and matching hands go perfectly with the vintage look. It has a really nice case with thick lugs. Not an overpolished example like many of these on the market. Coming in at 40mm this watch fits the wrist comfortably. These have a thinner case profile than the later generations so they wear nice and slim on the wrist. The bracelet is also in very good shape. Not saggy and still sharp. Thick coronet still on the clasp. It fits a 7.5 inch wrist. Overall a very clean watch for its age.
